Temperature Rise Expected in the Coming Days

The country is set to experience a noticeable rise in temperatures over the next few days. Weather forecasts predict a shift in conditions, with changing cloud cover and varying temperatures across different regions.

On Friday, the skies will remain mostly clear with scattered clouds. However, by nighttime, cloud cover will increase, especially in western areas. Temperatures will slightly rise across all regions. The expected maximum temperatures for Friday are as follows: Baghdad, Babil, Diwaniyah, Muthanna, and Wasit at 29 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, Erbil will record 26 degrees, and Karbala, Diyala, Salah al-Din, and Kirkuk will see 28 degrees. Additionally, Dhi Qar and Maysan will reach 30 degrees, while Basra will be the hottest at 31 degrees.

By Saturday, conditions will shift to partly cloudy and overcast across the entire country. Despite the cloud increase, temperatures will remain similar to Friday’s readings. This means residents should expect stable conditions with no major changes in heat levels.

On Sunday, the northern and southern regions will experience mostly clear skies with some scattered clouds. Meanwhile, temperatures in the central and northern parts will rise slightly, while the southern region will see little to no change. This gradual warming trend indicates that higher temperatures are on the way.

Monday will bring another shift, with mostly clear to partly cloudy skies. Notably, temperatures will drop in the northern region but increase slightly in the central and southern areas. The temperature rise expected in the coming days will continue to impact most areas, making warm conditions more noticeable.

With the temperature rise expected in the coming days, residents should prepare for warmer weather. The forecast suggests that the ongoing temperature trend could persist, signaling the approach of hotter days ahead.
