Oman’s Ambassador to Iraq, Mahmoud bin Mahna al-Kharousi, personally delivered the message. While the letter’s contents remain confidential, it highlights the close coordination between the two countries.
During the meeting, Minister Hussein emphasized Iraq’s commitment to building strong and lasting partnerships.
