Damac Strengthens Real Estate Partnerships in Baghdad

Damac recently hosted a special Ramadan Suhoor event in Baghdad, titled “Damac Nights.” The gathering highlighted key achievements and recognized top-performing companies in the real estate market. The event brought together leading brokerage firms, with over 270 agents, media representatives, and senior executives in attendance.

During the event, Damac emphasized its commitment to long-term partnerships. As the company expands across the region and globally, the occasion provided an ideal platform to foster new alliances. Strengthening real estate partnerships remains at the core of Damac’s strategy, ensuring future market growth and stability.

The company celebrated its network of brokers in Iraq, presenting prestigious awards to outstanding real estate agencies. The “Most Engaged Agency” award went to “Al-Bayt Al-Iraqi.” Meanwhile, “Lume Real Estate” and “Arazo Real Estate Investment” received the “Agency of the Year” award for their exceptional contributions. These recognitions reflect Damac’s dedication to rewarding excellence and encouraging continuous growth in the industry.

With a growing presence in the region, Damac continues to strengthen real estate partnerships. The company has successfully delivered over 48,000 units, with approximately 50,000 more in different stages of planning and construction. Among its latest projects are “Damac Riverside” and “Damac Islands,” along with “The Delmore” in Miami, USA. These projects redefine luxury living with waterfront designs, exclusive communities, and world-class architecture.

“Damac Riverside” offers a distinctive waterfront lifestyle with premium designs. “Damac Islands” introduces a new era of integrated residential communities, blending privacy, luxury, and natural beauty in the heart of Dubai. “The Delmore,” developed in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects, elevates high-end living with breathtaking ocean views in Miami’s Surfside district. These developments showcase Damac’s unwavering dedication to innovation and excellence in real estate.

More than just a Suhoor gathering, “Damac Nights” reinforced the company’s focus on strengthening real estate partnerships. As Damac expands its presence in regional and global markets, building strong relationships remains central to its success. With an ambitious strategy and a growing portfolio, Damac is set to redefine luxury real estate in Iraq and beyond.
