President Rashid Extends Congratulations to Mandaeans on Festival of Creation

Baghdad, Iraq – President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid extended his congratulations to the Mandaeans on Monday in celebration of the Festival of Creation (Brunaya), commending their commitment to national unity.

In a message shared on social media, Rashid expressed: “We send our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Mandaean community on the occasion of the Festival of Creation, hoping they enjoy a joyful holiday filled with prosperity, peace, and security.”

He further stated: “On this meaningful occasion, we reaffirm our full support for this integral part of our nation, recognizing their invaluable cultural and social contributions throughout history, and their steadfast commitment to national unity.”
