Erbil Hosts Global Conference on Climate Change

Erbil hosted the first international climate change conference today. The event, organized by Salahaddin University, attracted global attention. Scholars and experts gathered in the Kurdish region to discuss environmental challenges. The key phrase “Erbil hosts global conference on climate change” reflects the significance of the event.

Delegates from 13 different countries joined the conference. These nations include Tunisia, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Greece, Bangladesh, Jordan, Turkey, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the Netherlands, Iran, and Syria. The event lasts for two days. During this period, participants will present and debate vital topics. Over 160 researchers and academics are taking part. According to Saman Abdullah, the university’s media officer, the goal is to inspire action. He emphasized the importance of scientific dialogue. Through research and open discussions, solutions can emerge. “Erbil hosts global conference on climate change,” he said proudly.
