Iraq Weather Forecast Shows Stable Temperatures Before Rise

The Iraq weather forecast today points to stable conditions before a slight rise later this week. The Iraqi Meteorological Organization issued its report outlining the expected pattern.

According to the agency, stable weather will continue tomorrow, Tuesday, September 23. Temperatures across provinces will remain similar to today. The northern region will experience light, variable winds, while central and southern provinces will see moderate northwestern winds. Consequently, citizens should expect calm conditions.

On Wednesday, the weather will remain mostly clear, although some clouds may appear in certain areas. Temperatures will stay close to Tuesday’s levels, keeping conditions steady. This consistency in the Iraq weather forecast todayreflects the influence of a seasonal heat low.

By Thursday, however, temperatures are expected to climb slightly. The northern provinces will see clear skies with scattered clouds, while other regions will experience stable, warmer conditions. This rise, though mild, signals the ongoing transition of seasonal patterns.

The forecast also mentions that Friday will bring stability again. Temperatures will settle, maintaining moderate levels. Because of this, residents across Iraq can anticipate balanced conditions for the end of the week.

The Iraqi Meteorological Organization also released details for expected highs. Sulaymaniyah, Duhok, and Erbil will record between 30 and 32°C. Nineveh, Anbar, and Kirkuk should reach 34°C. Baghdad, Diyala, and Karbalaa will experience highs of 36°C. Babylon, Najaf, and Diwaniyah will stand at 37°C. Meanwhile, Wasit, Maysan, Dhi Qar, and Muthanna should see 38°C. Basra will remain the warmest province with highs of 39°C.

Ultimately, the Iraq weather forecast today highlights stability across the country. The slight rise expected Thursday emphasizes natural seasonal shifts while ensuring most regions remain comfortable.

These forecasts help citizens plan daily activities with confidence. Moreover, they provide vital guidance for agriculture, travel, and energy sectors, ensuring Iraq’s economy adapts smoothly while communities stay prepared for upcoming seasonal changes.
