Baghdad, iraq – On Monday, Ahmed Al-Sahaf, the Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of Iraq in Tripoli, met with Musa Al-Koni, a member of the Libyan Presidential Council. The two officials discussed enhancing bilateral relations between Iraq and Libya across various sectors.
During the meeting, Al-Koni expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Iraqi government in managing ethnic and political diversity. He also welcomed the reopening of the Iraqi embassy in Tripoli, praising the strong ties between the two countries.
Al-Koni acknowledged the positive progress Iraq has made in overcoming crises and challenges, and highlighted Iraq’s success in establishing greater stability. He emphasized that Iraq’s experience could serve as a model to support Libya in its efforts to achieve peace and stability.
