Baghdad, Iraq – In a meeting held Thursday in Tehran, the Iranian leadership emphasized the importance of unity among regional nations, highlighting that cooperation between neighboring countries is far more effective than dependence on external powers.
During the talks with Saudi Arabia’s Defense Minister, who led a high-ranking military delegation, it was noted that strengthened ties between the two nations would serve the interests of both sides. The meeting underscored a shared willingness to expand diplomatic and strategic relations, despite the presence of forces seeking to undermine such efforts.
The Iranian side expressed readiness to overcome any external obstacles to deepen cooperation and reiterated that regional stability can best be achieved when neighboring countries stand together in mutual support.
