Baghdad, Iraq- Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani arrived in Baghdad on Saturday to participate in the seventh edition of the Baghdad International Dialogue. During his visit, President Barzani is scheduled to hold a meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ al-Sudani.
This year’s conference, titled “Communication for Development and Regional Stability,” brings together a wide array of local and international officials, academics, and experts. Over the course of two days, attendees will engage in discussions surrounding several key topics, including Iraq’s ambitious Development Road project, the nation’s evolving regional role in the wake of the Israel-Gaza conflict, and the future of Syria.
Throughout the event, President Barzani, Prime Minister Sudani, and other prominent figures are expected to deliver speeches, addressing important regional issues and their potential impact on Iraq and its neighbors.
