Iraq Strengthens Arab Unity Through Leadership

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani confirmed that two recent summits demonstrated Iraq’s leadership in Arab unity. He said both gatherings proved Iraq’s central role in resolving regional and international issues.

During a meeting with Arab journalists attending a media conference in Baghdad, Sudani discussed Iraq’s progress. He stressed how responsible journalism helps the public understand complex developments. Media, he said, must reflect the truth and help people face ongoing challenges.

He pointed out that Iraq is undergoing a major transformation. The country now sees improvements in services, economic reforms, and infrastructure development. Strategic projects aim to strengthen the economy and support nationwide growth.

Sudani added that these efforts also reflect Iraq’s leadership in Arab unity. Iraq works to expand cooperation with Arab nations and build stronger regional ties. The country continues to position itself as a key player in securing peace and advancing joint interests.

He explained that Iraq’s achievements serve as a model for other nations. Through strategic planning, Iraq contributes to regional development and builds long-term partnerships.

The Prime Minister also honored fallen journalists who covered conflicts in Gaza and southern Lebanon. He praised their sacrifice and their role in showing the world the suffering of the Palestinian people. Their reports helped expose crimes and raise awareness of ongoing injustices.

Meanwhile, the Arab media delegation praised Iraq’s growing role in the region. They highlighted the success of the summits and the progress in reconstruction and urban development. They said Iraq is now entering a new era of renewal and growth.

Iraq’s leadership in Arab unity reflects its increasing influence in shaping regional outcomes. These efforts aim to build stronger cooperation among Arab nations.

Through diplomacy, development, and public engagement, Iraq’s leadership in Arab unity continues to shape the future of the Middle East.
