Baghdad – The Iraqi Federal Supreme Court and the Turkish Constitutional Court have signed a memorandum of understanding in Istanbul to foster cooperation, facilitate the exchange of information and expertise, and enhance institutional capabilities.
The agreement was finalized during the participation of the Chief Justice of the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court in the Constitutional Scientific Forum in Istanbul, marking the 63rd anniversary of the Turkish Constitutional Court. The forum brought together numerous heads of constitutional courts and international judicial leaders, at the invitation of Kadir Uzukaya, President of the Turkish Constitutional Court.
This memorandum aims to improve collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the development of constitutional law practices and constitutional justice.
