Guaranteed Future Hosts Labour Day Tribute, Highlights Youth Empowerment and Expansion Goals

Baghdad — In a heartfelt tribute to workers across Iraq, Guaranteed Future organized a special Labour Day event focused on honoring workers and highlighting the company’s commitment to youth empowerment and national development.

The director of Guaranteed Future spoke during the event, sharing the vision behind the celebration. He emphasized that the company’s goals are far from complete. “Our work doesn’t stop here,” he said. “We support young people first and foremost, because they are the drivers of change.”

The event shed light on the company’s expanding footprint both inside and outside Baghdad. The director confirmed that Guaranteed Future is working on multiple projects not only in the capital but also in Kirkuk and other regions. “We are growing,” he added. “And we want to leave a lasting, positive impact on the lives of workers everywhere.”

The Core Mission: Youth Empowerment

The central goal of Guaranteed Future remains clear — empowering the youth of Iraq. According to the company, young people bring fresh energy, evolving knowledge, and increased awareness. These qualities are essential to building a better future. “Young workers are the backbone of innovation,” the director noted.

Creating Opportunities Across Iraq

Currently, the company employs over 500 youth workers from Kirkuk alone. In Baghdad, another 300 to 400 young individuals are actively contributing to ongoing projects. These efforts are creating jobs, improving local economies, and opening doors for personal and professional growth. “With more youth involved, we’re creating more opportunities,” said the director.

A Legacy in the Making

Though recently established under the name Guaranteed Future, the company has long been involved in providing opportunities across various sectors. Its commitment to workforce development stretches back years, even before the current brand was formed.

What Comes Next

Looking ahead, the company revealed that new projects are on the horizon. While specific details remain under wraps, the director promised major announcements in the near future. Guaranteed Future continues to set its sights higher, determined to shape a more prosperous Iraq — one young worker at a time.
