The Iraqi government achievements over the past three years reflect deliberate planning and consistent leadership, said Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani. At an election rally in Al-Najaf al-Ashraf, he stressed that progress came from daily monitoring and conscious management. It was not due to coincidence or favoritism.
Reported by the Iraqi News Agency, al-Sudani explained that his administration moved beyond political rhetoric to deliver visible results. From the first day, the government communicated with citizens through tangible actions, not promises. This approach aimed to rebuild public trust and show commitment to national service.
In addition, He emphasized that the Iraqi people expected real achievements and practical reforms. They wanted proof that their sacrifices for democracy and state institutions mattered. The Iraqi government achievements, he said, resulted from determined oversight and disciplined management. The goal was to make the state an instrument of service.
Al-Sudani added that the government’s program aligned closely with guidance from the Supreme Religious Authority in Najaf. The administration followed the authority’s calls and observations. This ensured governance reflected both integrity and responsibility. According to the prime minister, this coordination confirmed the government was on the right path.
He explained that the Grand Religious Authority outlined scientific and practical plans to run the country effectively. Moreover, these plans, based on competence and integrity, shaped the government’s structure. Consequently, al-Sudani said they helped establish stability. They also ensured that qualified individuals assumed leadership positions.
Turning to development priorities, the prime minister stressed essential services as a daily link between the people and the government. He affirmed that Najaf was fully included in national development plans. He also announced a framework agreement with Turkey to address the nationwide water crisis. This agreement aims to secure sustainable water supplies and strengthen regional cooperation.
Al-Sudani reiterated that every project, reform, and decision followed deliberate planning and constant evaluation. Furthermore, he said the Iraqi government achievements will continue to grow. Ultimately, the administration remains focused on transparency, accountability, and long-term national progress.
Through these measures, the prime minister highlighted a consistent message. Progress in Iraq is the result of conscious governance and persistent effort, not luck or favoritism.
