Media Committee Prepares for Arab Summit in Baghdad with Focus on Strong Media Coordination

Baghdad – The Media Committee for the Arab Summit in Baghdad is finalizing its preparations. They aim to ensure excellent media coordination for the event. Their goal is to showcase Iraq’s growing regional influence.

The Media Committee has approved a comprehensive media coordination plan to cover the summit’s ministerial meetings. The committee has worked hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. They are committed to delivering an organized and professional experience for all journalists.

Haider Majeed, a member of the Media Committee, spoke to The Iraqi News Agency-INA. He said the team works tirelessly to meet high standards. These efforts reflect Iraq’s leadership in the Arab world. Majeed pointed out that the team completed all logistical preparations for the press center. The center will host both local and international journalists. It will offer them a fully equipped environment with multipurpose halls and high-speed internet. Journalists will also have spaces for press conferences and interviews.

Additionally, the committee formed supporting teams from key institutions. These include the Prime Minister’s Office, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and the Communications and Media Commission. The teams are working together to ensure a seamless experience for all media professionals.

The Media Committee has also deployed media teams across Baghdad. These teams will cover the ministerial meetings leading up to the summit. They will assist in field reporting, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

Majeed reassured the media that the committee is dedicated to providing full support and facilities. He urged all accredited media organizations to cooperate. This collaboration will help present a positive image of Iraq and showcase the country’s ability to host a successful summit.

By focusing on media coordination, the Media Committee aims to make the Arab Summit a resounding success. Their hard work reflects Iraq’s important role in the Arab world. It also ensures that the summit will be an unforgettable event.
