Massive Blaze Strikes Industrial District in Sulaimani

A massive Tanjaro fuel warehouse fire erupted late Monday night, injuring approximately 25 people. Security personnel and emergency crews rushed immediately to the scene. First responders fought the intense flames throughout the night. Consequently, workers successfully stopped the inferno from destroying neighboring facilities. Medical personnel quickly transported victims to multiple nearby facilities for urgent treatment. Most individuals suffered only minor injuries during the incident. However, one victim remains in critical condition under specialized care. Officials confirmed that no deaths occurred during the overnight emergency.

Security cameras recorded the initial outbreak just before midnight. Shortly after, several powerful explosions rocked the facility. Massive fireball columns shot high into the night sky. Firefighters deployed heavy equipment to secure the burning perimeter. Meanwhile, regional emergency units monitored the situation closely. External rescue teams stayed on standby to provide assistance if requested. Ultimately, local crews brought the blaze under control before it spread.

Specialized teams are currently assessing the full financial damage. Meanwhile, investigators actively examine the exact cause of the disaster. Early reports suggest a gasoline container triggered the first spark. However, official investigators have not confirmed this speculation yet. Officials promise a complete report after technical experts complete their inspection.

Furthermore, officials addressed public concerns regarding regional fuel supplies. A spokesperson guaranteed that the incident will not cause gasoline shortages. Additionally, authorities assured drivers that market prices will remain stable. The site owner confirmed the facility held both diesel and gasoline reserves. However, he echoed assurances that market conditions will stay normal. Authorities continue to monitor local gas stations to prevent price gouging. Emergency services remain on high alert near the site to ensure safety.
