PM Al-Sudani Reviews Development Plan for Al-Adhamiya District

Baghdad, Iraq – Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani recently chaired a meeting to review the development plan for Al-Adhamiya District in Baghdad. According to the Media Office of the Prime Minister, the meeting focused on strategies aimed at enhancing the district’s infrastructure and improving living conditions for its residents.

During the session, key stakeholders and officials presented plans that will address both immediate needs and long-term development goals for Al-Adhamiya. The discussions aimed to explore ways to modernize the area while preserving its cultural and historical significance.

This move is part of the government’s broader initiative to boost urban development across Iraq, with particular attention given to enhancing essential services such as transportation, housing, and public amenities.

The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of developing Al-Adhamiya in a sustainable manner, ensuring the district’s growth aligns with the country’s broader economic and social objectives.
