President Nechirvan Barzani Attends Tehran Dialogue Forum on AI and Scientific Diplomacy

On Saturday, Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani arrived in Tehran to participate in the Tehran Dialogue Forum, organized by Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Kurdish Presidency confirmed his visit, stating that the invitation was extended directly by the Iranian Foreign Ministry.

This year’s forum, held from May 17 to 19, focuses on the theme “Innovation in Science and Technology through Using AI.” The event gathers representatives from Islamic countries with the aim of strengthening scientific diplomacy and promoting regional cooperation through advanced technologies. President Barzani’s presence highlights the Kurdistan Region’s commitment to engaging in forward-looking international dialogues and deepening ties with neighboring countries.
