Libya Praises Iraq’s Management of Diversity and Stability

Baghdad, iraq – On Monday, Ahmed Al-Sahaf, the Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of Iraq in Tripoli, met with Musa Al-Koni, a member of the Libyan Presidential Council. The two officials discussed enhancing bilateral relations between Iraq and Libya across various sectors.

During the meeting, Al-Koni expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Iraqi government in managing ethnic and political diversity. He also welcomed the reopening of the Iraqi embassy in Tripoli, praising the strong ties between the two countries.

Al-Koni acknowledged the positive progress Iraq has made in overcoming crises and challenges, and highlighted Iraq’s success in establishing greater stability. He emphasized that Iraq’s experience could serve as a model to support Libya in its efforts to achieve peace and stability.

The discussion also covered the ongoing developments in Libya and the Libyan Presidential Council’s efforts to bring about national stability. Al-Sahaf took the opportunity to share Iraq’s journey, detailing the government’s efforts to create a secure and prosperous future for its people.

Both sides agreed that strengthening cooperation between Iraq and Libya is essential for achieving mutual interests. Al-Koni further emphasized the importance of continued collaboration between the two nations in order to solidify peace and foster growth in the region.
