Baghdad – The Iraqi Minister of Interior, Abdul-Amir Al-Shimmari, arrived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was accompanied by the head of the Hajj and Umrah Commission.
During his visit, Al-Shimmari held a meeting with his Saudi counterpart, where the two officials discussed enhancing security coordination between their countries, as well as arrangements for the transportation of pilgrims.
The Saudi Minister of Interior expressed appreciation for Iraq’s cooperation in the ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking.
