At an election rally in Al-Najaf al-Ashraf, he stressed that progress came from daily monitoring and conscious management. It was not due to coincidence or favoritism.

Turning to development priorities, the prime minister stressed essential services as a daily link between the people and the government. He affirmed that Najaf was fully included in national development plans. He also announced a framework agreement with Turkey to address the nationwide water crisis. This agreement aims to secure sustainable water supplies and strengthen regional cooperation.
