Defense Minister Al-Abbasi Talks Cooperation with Spanish Ambassador

Baghdad, Iraq- On Wednesday, Defense Minister Thabet Mohammed Saeed Al-Abbasi met with the Spanish Ambassador to Iraq, Alicia Rico Pulgar, to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation. The meeting took place at the Ministry of Defense headquarters.

The ministry issued a statement revealing that the Spanish Military Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Diego Romero Rodriguez, also attended the discussions. Senior officers from the Ministry of Defense were present, further emphasizing the importance of the talks.

During the meeting, both sides focused on ways to enhance their joint cooperation. They explored opportunities for greater collaboration in various defense and security-related areas.
