Iraq to Launch Ain Al-Iraq App for Easier Public Services

Iraq plans to launch the Ain Al-Iraq App as part of its digital transformation plan. This smart tool aims to simplify daily services for citizens. It will offer full access to Interior Ministry services from mobile phones.

Major General Adey Samir leads the General Traffic Directorate. He explained that the Ain Al-Iraq App will include traffic, ID, and vehicle services. Citizens will no longer need to wait in long lines or visit crowded offices.

Additionally, the government will launch a new electronic vehicle registration system. This process will be smooth, quick, and fully online. Drivers will be able to register cars without paperwork or delays.

Additionally, These efforts are part of Iraq’s broader push for digital governance. The Ministry of Interior works with other institutions to bring technology into daily life. Their aim is to reduce errors, increase transparency, and boost user satisfaction.

Moreover, electronic payment systems are already active in many public offices. These tools help make services faster and reduce manual steps. Citizens benefit from time saved and fewer complications.

Officials believe the Ain Al-Iraq App will play a major role in this shift. By combining services into one app, the government makes life easier for everyone. It also helps reduce corruption and promote trust between people and institutions.

Importantly, Iraqis will soon handle many tasks from their phones. From car registration to ID services, everything will be a few clicks away. This is especially helpful for busy families and workers.

In summary, Iraq is taking a big step toward modern public service. The Ain Al-Iraq App will help people save time, avoid stress, and enjoy better service. This is the future of government—digital, simple, and user-focused.
