Baghdad, Iraq- On Sunday, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani welcomed Kuwait’s newly appointed ambassador to Iraq, Hassan Mohammed Al-Zaman. During their meeting, Al-Sudani extended an invitation to Kuwait to engage in Iraq’s ambitious Development Road project and explore the investment opportunities the country has to offer.
The Prime Minister emphasized that Kuwait’s involvement in this project would enhance both nations’ economic integration and mutual interests. He also reassured the envoy of Iraq’s commitment to fostering a constructive partnership and highlighted the favorable business environment the country offers for both Arab and international companies, including those from Kuwait.
Al-Sudani congratulated Ambassador Al-Zaman on his new role and expressed his hopes for success in his mission. He reaffirmed the deep historical ties between the two countries, stressing the importance of further strengthening bilateral relations across various sectors.
