Baghdad, Iraq – Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani launched the implementation of 14 major projects in Sinjar District and the Nineveh Plains. The announcement was made through a teleconference, marking a significant step toward improving infrastructure and rehabilitation in the region.

These 14 projects are part of the first phase of development in the area. The government plans to enhance vital services and rebuild key infrastructure, aiming to support local communities and boost economic growth. The projects will focus on sectors like healthcare, education, and transportation, which have long been neglected.

According to the Prime Minister’s Media Office, the goal is to transform the region into a thriving area. By improving roads, schools, and hospitals, the government hopes to create a more sustainable future for residents. The projects are expected to not only restore vital services but also provide jobs and opportunities for local workers.
