Iraqi PM Al-Sudani and UK King Charles III Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Ties

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani met with UK King Charles III on Tuesday, January 14, 2024, to discuss strengthening the bilateral relationship between Iraq and the UK. The meeting, held at Buckingham Palace in London, focused on enhancing cooperation in several key areas, including economic development, climate change, and cultural exchange.

Al-Sudani expressed his gratitude for the official invitation to visit the UK, emphasizing Iraq’s desire to build stronger, more sustainable ties that serve the interests of both nations.
